My new tacoma, picked up on Thursday. Since the mazda is out (2020 mazda 3 sedan, it's not bad) it's a toyota only driveway at the moment. 2023 tacoma trd off road, 2007 tundra trd off road, 2013 rav4. I was going to wash it but I had to do the lawn instead

    Congrats on the new truck.

We also have an all Toyota driveway now, 2000 SR5 PreRunner Tacoma, 2018 TRD Sport Tacoma, 2022 Corolla LE (which is a surprisingly nice little appliance). Life is better now that the domestic cars are gone, and it makes me sad to say that, but there's just less aggravation. The only domestics I would really want anymore are classics. Or a Corvette. But they'd just be a toy, so a little bit of neediness here and there is fine.

For a moment, I thought you painted the wheels neon green. And then I realized it's a reflection of the grass.

    Congrat!

Congrats on the best vehicle ever!

Why wash it when youre just gonna take it out to get dirty again? I just run mine through one of them touchless robo washes like once a month. Which is apparently a sin for the black trucks.

I'm going to give it a good wash so I can wax it. Then I'll slack for a while, probably until end of october right before winter. I didn't get my zaino so I'm going with regular meguiars liquid wax. Not a scratch remover, just protectant.

Congrats and welcome to TW. Now step back from the keyboard and stop reading before you realize all the things you HAVE to have that you never heard of before you read about them here. :spending:

I'm trying to avoid mods right now. I've only ordered the mudflapa from toyita for 90 bucks. I'll transfer my sirius subscription and hopefully in ends there.

Good call. Acceleration and MPGs drop tremendously on these trucks if you even look at them funny.

Only mod I consider mandatory is a bed mat, otherwise shit slides all over the place. Everything else is optional. I like my vent visors.

Congratulations and welcome. We are an all Toyota driveway also...the Taco and my wife's 2019 CH-R...both have been reliable beyond our expectations.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
