    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...

    thx man....i think i did 2 or 3 light coats...wetsanded, then cleared...it looks a lot more "smoked" than a solid dark. it was the outside as well. it works pretty good. it pushes back at highway speeds, but nothing bad

    When I was looking, that style was not a DOT approved tail light. I didn't want to deal with any possible future inspection issues, although I did like the style and price.

    Hmmmmmmm. I haven't really decided on that. I'm thinkin I might as well keep them in case I smack one one day. I'm not sue what $ amount it would take to pry them loose. They are off an 010 with about 1000K on it.
