Hello guys, this is my first post I hope I’m doing it right, so be easy on me.

I debated on a lift, tire, and wheel combo for a while now on my 2016 SR5 and this is what I came down with. I went with a 3-2 spacer lift, I know they are not ideal, but I have 2 kids and a pregnant wife, so had to be budget friendly lol. The wheels are Granite Alloy, cheaper style rim but really want a bronze style wheel. And last but not least are the 285/75/16 Falken MT 01.
So far I absolutely love the combo, and the Falkens just look fantastic on the truck. I was a little so-so about getting a MT but these are very quiet on the road. What do you guys think?

That looks great! I’m usually not a fan of MT tired but those look really good on there.

I don't hate on spacer lifts like some folks do. As long as you know what you're getting. Was the alignment ok?

Yes I have absolutely no issues driving on the highway and normal roads. I was pleasantly surprised on how well it handled. It wasn’t rough at all.

I did a suspension lift recently and I have 285s and the tech was like, "There's not a spec sheet for this." It's handling really well though.

Thanks! Ya i was definitely scared of spending that much on MT tires. I just usually only drive the truck to work and around town so I went with them. Very quiet, no issues at all. Very great so far.

did you have to do a lot of cutting to fit the 285s?

I didn’t have to do any cutting at all. I got a lift. It’s a 3 front 2 rear spacer lift. They cost about 100 bucks and another 500 to install. I’m actually thinking I could of went bigger but not entirely sure: they look superb though I’m in love

interesting. a lot people had to cut to fit 285s. that’s what I’d like to run, but don’t wanna do any trimming.

Thank you dude. I’ve had the truck ever since 2016 and I just now had enough to get my lift and tires completed. Worth the wait when you work hard for it!

As far as I know I don’t see any rubbing. I got the tires put on at Discount Tire, and if I’m thinking right they won’t install them if it runs.
Yeah, I haven’t had any issues that I know of with rubbing but maybe I’m wrong. I got them put on at Discount Tire, I don’t think they would install them if there was any rubbing, but I could be wrong.
