I’ve been running mine (265/75r16) for a little less than a year and they have held up great. Been doing a 250 mike trek to college and back every few weeks and have had no issues at all

I’ve had mine now for 2 years p245/75/16 and have put about 15k on them.

The positives: I have mostly run them in the winter and they are awesome in the snow my Tacoma probably runs as good as my old Subaru Impreza with 4 snow tires when I’m in 4wd which I think is saying a lot. I was very surprised by the snow traction with these tires considering they are not a true snow tire. I have driven through quite a few rain storms and have never hydroplaned with these either. Dry traction is also very nice driving loose gravel dirt roads theses things grip real nice at all speeds.

The negatives: When I first got them I had trouble getting them balenced properly I had to take them back to big o tires 3 times before they finally got them right. I feel like these tires are wearing out much quicker then I would like them to, especially when it gets warmer out I’ve already got 15k on mine and I would not consider using them in the winter again that is how much they are wearing down. I feel like they would have around 35k tread life on my truck before I would replace them. The ride on these tires is not the greatest either I feel they are definitely a A/T tire and have some vibration on the highway that gets pretty anoying sometimes.

My summary, I think they are a good tire for the price I got mine for about $90 a pice after rebates and whatnot (not mounted) but I think there are better options out there for treadlife durability. But the performance on theses is pretty nice. So in short if you are looking for a tire that is going to preform well but not long lasting at a reasonable price this tire is your ticket.

Wow, this sounds like the exact review I would give for the old Kumho KL-61 that was its predecessor. On that tire it was shot with 22k on them and never could balance. They initially took 1st place on Tire Rack but was discontinued...I thought...but was in Discount Tire the other day and saw that it resurfaced as a house brand, ha. I'm starting to question a bunch of the reviews found on Tire Rack.

on the contrary I have had really good traction when wet, I was doing 70 on alabama backroads during a storm and had full confidence 265/75/16 :mudding:

Mine have been good as well. 2 years no problems. I run the PSI a little higher for MPG's and they still seem to be wearing fairly even and still hold grip in the rain even with more air in them. Had them in deep loose sand last week and they went through with ease, I didn't really even need to air down, although I did end up airing down just to make things easier on the truck.

They give off a slight rumble, not too bad though in my opinion.

I'm looking at these for my 2017 SR5.
    I'm looking at Kumho ROAD VENTURE AT5- 265/75R16 - 114T
Is anyone else running these with a stock suspension on a gen 3? how do they fit?
Also is 114T a good enough Speed/load rating for the tacoma?

    Thanks in advance

I have been running KUMHO AT51 on my 07 for 2 years.......not a 4x4 and they can run through a muddy cornfield or snow with no problem. Also good at 80mph on the interstate.

for the price, they are a deal for sure
