I got new tires put on my 1st gen,(285 75 16) im pretty sure I have a 2.5 lift and leveling kit but I put it on around 10 years ago so I can't remember. Now my question is I don't rub anywhere on flat ground, I'm pretty certain I'm going to rub when I flex the suspension, is it time for a new lift to reduce that? The tires looked semi tucked into the fenders compared to my previous tires. I guess I won't know till I take it offroad but it would be nice to figure things out before I take some chunks out of my new tires. If there's anything else you recommend let me know, I'm new to bigger tires.

What size were the old tires?

The wheels are what determine how far "tucked in" the tires are. Did you put your new tires onto new wheels?

Either bump uptravel, cut, or go to a smaller tire

Remove your coilovers and cycle the suspension full bump and full lock left and right.
