I purchased 4 new Cooper Discovery ST Maxx 265/75-16 installed and aligned about 6,000 miles or 6 months ago. Noticed the truck was pulling to the right recently. Went to the dealer for another alignment. After they aligned it to factory specs it still pulled right. They swapped the front tires side to side and it still pulled to the right. They guessed that one of my tires had a factory defect. I contacted Discount Tire Direct they proceeded to send me two new tires. The two new tires were installed and another alignment was preformed by the same Toyota dealership. Yet once again still pulls to the right. I'm at my wits end. This is a 2012 babied all it life with 46,000 miles no lift or aftermarket suspension components. No accidents and no offroading.

My plan tomorrow is to swap the front and rears to see what happens. Any other ideas? I'm perplexed.

maybe try somewhere else for the alignment? seems like the dealer is the consistent variable here

Doubt it’s the tires. Check suspension parts.

The slope of the road. When they pave roads they pave them on a angle to help water drain off. Are you just coming from a oem tire to a larger size is this your first lifted vehicle. Larger tires tend to follow the groves and ruts in the road more, maybe your not use to the bigger tires. Ask the dealer ship if they compensated for the slope on the road.

Take it to a proper alignment shop.... dealer is just doing a toe n go. 10 bucks says you have a higher caster number on the driver side vs passenger. Did they give you a printout for the alignment?

Even a .3* difference in caster between either side is felt quite a bit on our trucks

Left front caster 2.0 degrees vs right front caster 2.2 degrees
Left camber .4 vs right camber .6
left toe .04 vs right toe .03
    total toe .06

my st maxx's also have a slight pull to right, before and after alignment. I've read it's somewhat common with these tires.

Mine pull to the right hard. Probably going to go with new tires as I find it really annoying.

My Cooper Discoverer AT3s also pull to the right. Alignment is all within specs. The tires seem to be the common thread.

Same here. I even have my caster 3.9 DS and 4.4 PS. Still pulls. Just one more thing I dislike about these tires!

There's your problem. To compensate road crown your left side camber should be .2 to .3 higher than your right side. Yours is backwards. Even if you have equal camber, it will pull right because when the truck sits on the crowned road, it leans right. That causes the left dynamic camber to go slightly negative, and the right to go slightly positive. The truck will always pull to the side with the higher camber. If you set the left a bit higher, then it compensates the crown of the road. In other words, when the truck sits on that crown, the camber is zero both sides.
Also, your camber on a Tacoma should be close to zero. I would set the right side at zero and the left at +.2. See if they can get that spec with a little more caster, maybe 2.5?
Bigger and heavier tires exaggerate the problem. Dial in the numbers I suggested and you will be fine. If your alignment guy doesn't understand exactly what you are saying, then leave and find one that does. From the alignment sheet, all they did was adjust your toe. I hope they didn't charge you more than $20.

I have Cooper ST Maxx, load range E, and they do not pull with caster set at 3, and camber set L=+.2, R=0. I have a 3" lift.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is the alignment for Tacoma's just adjusting the LCA's? Or is there much more to this?
I didn't get a printout for my alignment, but I'll be doing it again after changing out wheel bearings.
