I just recently bought some 33 12.50 17R nitto mud grapps to put on my truck. I already have the 3” leveling puck on there and I can’t turn more than 1/2 way without tearing my fender off. Should I try to install a 3.5” loaded strut or just cut and trim with the puck on there ? (I have a 1 inch spacer to clear control arms)

Get to cutting. CMC will need to be done. If you dont have after markets ucas probably should go ahead and get those. Probably need beat down the pinch welds if you really want to run a 33/1250. What wheels are you running? Width and offset?

watch that video and then decide cab mount chop and pinch weld flattening with those tires..a "lift" doesnt give you more wheel well clearance, its just the way Tacomas are built
Edit: Oh I just noticed you have a wheel spacer as well, which will actuall push the tires FURTHER in to the wheel well on turns...
