    Nice looking ride, Todd...

Hey Kevin -- what does the URD MAF CAL do for a S/C Tacoma. I'm doing mine in February and the X-One is just too much $$$ for now but realize I can get more out of my S/C with tuning. I read the URD info on the MAF CAL but am looking for real world experience. Would it allow me to take advantage of the S/C with TRD CAI? Thanks!

no I do not think it is the same, because in order to have dual vvti you will need the have a cam shaft on the exhaust that has a high and low cam profile. I doubt they would spend the extra cash to give you cam and not have it for use..

oh yeah and welcome from NW Houston

Sales managers dont have a clue. My truck (and supercharger) are covered for the full warranty of my vehicle because it was installed by the dealership.

You can install it yourself, but you will only get a 1yr/12mo warranty. But the TRD supercharger does NOT void your warranty. Any other supercharger will though.

Yes. well, you will need some coolant. But that price covers the s/c and the install kit. It is a special my dealer is running until newyears.

But do you have a 6spd? For MY2011 I heard us automatic's were out of luck due to brake override and software programming.

No, I have an automatic. They work fine. Like I said, I work for Toyota parts department and deal first hand with TRD. Everything on my truck works fine.

I just bought my 2011 DC LB and they told me the TRD Supercharger was not available till July 2011. It was figured into my deal and I was able to secure it for $3500 installed. I do not know how you scored this but according to the dealership I got my truck from, Beaman Toyota in Nashville, it is not available for the 2011. They are a pretty large Toyota retailer.

I have 1 more in stock (for a 2011) and more in my warehouse here in Texas! I had to do a bit of leg work to figure everything out and make sure, but any dealer can do this... if they are not lazy.

However, if the dealer secured you at 3500 installed, they are going to lose hundreds of dollers, or they didn't realize there are 2 parts to the kit and labor is every bit of 10 hours. My dealer cost is higher than 3500 for just the part... much less labor, 2 gallons of coolant, etc.

I sell them here for $4200 installed, full 5yr/60k mile powertrain, everything... and no dealer around here will match my price. Some even refer their customers to me.

    Cheers.
