New to Gen 2

Just bought this 2009 double cab prerunner after my 2000 access cab prerunner got totaled. Anything I should be looking at first? Where do you guys like to buy accessories for your second gen ride?

hello fellow 2nd genner!! let me start off by saying welcome! i will be much more accommodating then every one else on here! for tips and tricks you're pretty much on your own, I've been an avid user for a couple weeks now, and no one will be my friend or let me join there group everyone seems to have this unbreakable code they speak in! i usually just lurk around and read others build threads and try to steal there ideas and mods, but they're always like "hey TW today i just got in my new TCF UCA's" or worse- "Deaver's 2.25" with the OL spring retained, GM polyfoam bump stop, and Fox 2.0 non piggyback remote res 10" stroke shocks. Drives like a champ off road!" I could only understand that last sentence! they speak in this unbreakable code, i'm assuming, to deter Russian spies from stealing there secrets! But don't give up! (then they win!) amongst all this code they sometimes make mistakes and post photos! and on the rare chance these "photos" even work for longer than a day study them closely and if you get very lucky you might see a brand name, (assuming of course it isn't some top secret doohickey created in there mad scientist labs ) this "Brand Name" probably has a website you can access via the internet, and once you bribe this "Website" with thousands of dollars they will send you the doohickey! and this is very important! if you have a question and ask it on here you better make dam sure you're the first one to every ask it, cause if your not, staff will yell at you . once you install said doohickey you can only post it in an appropriate threat relating to the product or your vehicle! well i know your not new to tacoma world but i hope this helps!

also do not confuse the dancing banana with the dancing broccoli (i did this once, big mistake!)

 

At least it is not as bad as a gun forum I used to frequent. A couple of guys has like 10,000 posts of which 9,999 were "use the orange search button" even though it only worked if you used a precise phrase for the subject being searched.

Oh well, no ulcers for me, I quite visiting this forum because of the rude members there.
