new to me 97 tacoma 3.4L maintenance suggestions

I would recommend checking your lower front ball joints, any play at all and replace with OEM parts.

 

Which of the lights suggested would be the brightest? Any idea on how many lumens the original lights are....the glass does not look like it will let much light pass.

Would it be ok to flush out the engine coolant with water from my well? My water is hard but i wouldn't leave it in the radiator, i would fill run motor drain until it was clear then fill with prestone toyota.
