"new"to me used tires

    Fox 2.5 Factory Series Coil-Over Reservoir (Front) Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP (Rear) Method "Mesh" 17x8.5|6x5.50|0/4.75" wheels
    picked up some used tires yesterday toyo at II 265/70/17 LT 10 ply
    all tires have roughly 3k miles on them. BUT one of them has a weird little flat spot. Big Brand wouldn't mount it because it would need "too much weight" to balance it. Would it be bad to go elsewhere and balance them? Any damage issues i'd need to worry about?

    Think about every time that flat spot rolls around it's going to cause your front suspension to compress and rebound very quickly over and over. It will prematurely wear out the ball joints, bushings, and shock over time.
