hey guys I've read through a lot of threads on here and just decided to sign up. I'm probably going to pick up a set of ridge grapplers in the next month. Will run 265/70/17 on the tires. Truck is all stock at the moment, bought it new 2014. Any thing I should be aware of switching tire sizes? Also looking to lift in the next year or so 2-3". Recommendations?

Welcome! Be sure to pick up your new tires in C-load, not the heavy E-load that reduces power/mpgs and provides a harsher ride.

Well it depends on what you want. I'm running e-rated KO2s so I don't have to worry about flats. Yes I lost 1mpg. Didn't notice a loss in power. My ride is 50000x better than the stock dunflops and around corners I feel like the truck is on tracks. Fair trade for the heavier tire for me. But that's just me.

Not a fan of the factory dunlops for sure. Still have them on but I've only put about 20,000 miles on them in three years. Ordering new tires in March 1mpg is live able lol
