New to Tacoma but not to vehicles

I bought a used 2005 tacoma X-runner that had 140,000 miles on it. Now it has 148,923 miles due to moving. Bought it in Minnesota and moved/drive it to North Carolina a few days later. Its has its quirks, but it gives me something to tinker with. So far I've changed the engine oil, replaced a corroded air bag sensor, sodered the diodes for the compass (thanks to this site) and put new tires on her. Next is to take care of the new vibration and the pesky P0430 code. I don't intend starting threads as I'm more of a research guy. As I imagine most everyone else has had the same issue somewhere along the line, like P0430 for example.
