Hey everyone. Just bought a 2017 TRD Off Road. Traded in my 2014 PreRunner. Love the new truck. Looking forward to reading through the threads and finding out all the "hidden" information about our trucks!

Welcome to the forum, just remember to take what you see here with a grain of salt. Drive and enjoy your new truck and don't get bogged down with all the drama about how crappy the gen 3's are, I've had mine for 2 months now and I'm loving it!

I love the 3rd gen so far. Good horse power. comfy. There are a few things I miss about my old one, but overall it's a nice upgrade.

Mostly the inside stuff. My muscle memory for how things work like the center console, the steering wheel controls, etc. is still confused. I liked having lots of storage cubbies on my '14. There aren't any except for the one by the middle cupholder in my 17. I don't need the wireless phone charger since I have iPhone and that spot could be a nice storage spot. Also, no sunglasses holder. I had the Texas Edition so I had the 17 in special edition wheels that I like better than the Off Roads wheels. I DO love how my Yeti/RTIC cups fit in all the upholders! The 2nd gen cupholders sucked. Also having 4X4 is awesome. More HP, I got the premium and tech package with JBL /NAV so I love all those creature comforts.
