The skid plate is just the one that came with the 6" rough country lift! I love the lift so far! I know I dont have tires and wheels on yet but It drives and handles great, I hope its the same when I put on my 20x10's and 35"

Hey man dumb question but on your key do you have a G or H I'm asking because at my work with remote starts we have run into issues with modules on ones with the H... I have only seen it on the 2014 rav4 and highlander and curious if they have started that on the taco as yet

It has a G on it! thanx everyone for the love! Im loving the truck so far! For all you who are wondering about power loss or if I'm gonna re gear well I honestly haven't noticed that much difference in power loss! so i have no plans on re gearing this truck . For all I do with it its not necessary. Ride is a lot different though feels a lot stiffer and feel every bump but its worth it.

I've been on 33's and 35's for 7 plus years. Re-gear would be awesome but it's not needed.

    Truck looks great man!

The 4 cylinder 4wd already have a 4.10 ratio, so no need to re-gear if you are going to put in 33-35 tires plus a 6 inch lift?

How's it ride with that lift? I have a 3 inch ready lift on my 13' tacoma looking to go bigger and 35s. Been looking at the rough country and tuff country. heard bad/good it seems on all lifts. I've really just heard that rough country is cheap and ruins the ride... What's your input on how it feels. Did you have to do any fabricating?

hey guys sry i havent responded in a while anyway the rough country kit was a little rough on the ride but not so bad I guess. I have recently switched to the fabtech kit with dirt logig shocks and coils and I must say its just as smooth as stock was! you will have to trim some for the 35 inch tires as I had too! I also run 20x10's with -24 offset on my wheels!
