    just bought an 2006 tacoma prerunner sport pakage im needing some help with purchasing tires. what im looking for is off road looking tires for a 2x4 any suggestions?

    Lots of good tires out there. Need more specifics though? Are you looking to get a bigger size, are you getting a lift, what type of off-road tire, mud, sand, all-terrain?

    just a bigger size, im not thinking of a lift since its a 2x4 or am i wrong??
    will a lift be worth it for offroading?

    Even if your just a 2x4, if you off-road a lot the extra ground clearance would always help. Just my $.02;)

    good to know... what would an average lift cost say 3 inches?

    It can cost from anywhere from a few hundred to a couple thousand. I say if your gonna do it, do it right and go with the good stuff.
