    Blacked out all chrome on the truck
    Hi all, MI Yota here and I just registered on this forum because I see a lot of good info being put out here. Bought a 2019 Tacoma about 3 weeks ago now and I'm really enjoying it so far. Its the Off Road version in Quicksand. I've gotten so many compliments on the color already so I guess it was good choice. Was either that or the blue so..
    Haven't done much in the way of mods yet other than blacking out all the chrome emblems and bumper. Waiting on some vinyls from TVD for the door sill plates now..
    I have a lot of plans for making this truck my own and prioritizing my wants currently. If anyone has suggestions they are welcome on what to start with first.
    I work on helicopters and jets for a living in Ann Arbor Michigan for the University. I have the benefit of being able to bring my truck in the hangar to do pretty much whatever I want to it here which is nice especially when it gets cold.
    My goals are to do a 3-1 lift, eventually to go up one tire size. Different grill insert and a cat back exhaust and performance intake. Any suggestions on who to get these from are welcome.

    Nice truck. And I agree, the 'non-traditional' colors on the Tacomas look great.
    My 17 is blazing blue. Lots of compliments also.
