    Welcome! Clean little DCSB!

Like John said you just missed a really good one this past weekend! About ~15 rigs went to N. Ga to hit Bell Mtn and Charlie's Creek, camped at Tray, then hit Tray Sunday morning!

We're going to start trying to do something once a month like the Atl4Rs do whether it be wheeling or mall crawling and eating with a preference towards wheeling.

How long have you had your truck? New to off roading?

Sounds awesome. I have had this 11 for about a month. Had a 13 back in January, then change of job so I had to get rid of it and bought a Lexus, had to leave that job unfortunately and to save money I got back into another Tacoma haha. This time went 4x4. I have been off roading a couple times before. In the old truck though. But still pretty new to it. Looking into some Bilstien 5100s 2.5, rear aal 1.5, and some 265/75/r17 Terra Grapplers to start off with

Upgrade on the control arms necessary? How about diff drop?

Nah, your CAs should be fine, diff drop only if you want to. Most guys that run 5100s don't iirc. One negative about a diff drop is it leaves it closer to the rocks/ground (aka potential damage), which would be a much more expensive repair than a CV axle. Autozone and O'reilly's I know for sure sell the CV axles at a decent price with a lifetime warranty. No questions asked with the right cashier.

Awesome that helps out! Going to look around and see who has the best prices on those 5100s.. So far Amazon is winning
