So I got to the shop today and decided to just go with a 3" lift instead of the 2-1 leveling kit. It's going to take more time to get the $$$ to get it done, but I think in the end I'll be happier with it.

I thought we were "going slowly"?

What lift? Is it a true 3"? If so you will be at that point where you could potentially need rear axle shims to realign the driveline and also the drivers side ECGS Bushing mod. The shims will resolve any driveline vibrations on accel or decel you might fee. The bushing is preventive maintenance.

:D LOL, I did say that I was going to take it slow didn't I... we jacked up my truck and I got to see what it would look like with a 2 or 3 inch leveling kit. After thinking about it, I decided to just lift it instead. :spending:lol
Is that a mistake? Which is better? Lift vs Leveling???

Holy Crap!!!! And it's a Friday too!!!!!!! Just messin'. On here there are a lot of people that dislike leveling kits. There are some people that like them. I like to let people make the decision for themselves.

This is the best place for all your Lift and Leveling questions. Go get a beer, lock the door behind you and have fun!
