New to this, Long time Toyota Owner

I own a 2008 TRD Sport. I replaced the factory wheels and tires but I am terrible and don't know the exact wheel or tire I put on. I am planning on putting a lift and bigger tires and keeping my current wheel. I am here looking for some advice and help.

Thanks for the welcomes....a friend that is into Jeeps told me to look for a forum so here I am...also I posted some pics and will post more when I get back to the states. My concern is how big can I go before I have to put a lift on and are there any recommendations. I want to keep the same wheels I have now
