2017 4x4 Off-Road

Hey everybody, I'm looking to upgrade stock 265/70/16 tires. I will probably get at tires as most of my driving is pavement with some off roading at the beach and some snowy areas. I like the look of 285 tires, how much lift would I need if I decide to get those sizes and would that size affect the ride of the truck? Thanks.
