New to Toyota

    Hello everyone, after 23 years of having Ford Rangers, I’ve decided to treat myself to a new 2021 TRD PRO!
    The main reason being that Ford doesn’t offer a manual transmission anymore. It’s been on order for about a month now and could have to wait another 2-3 months to receive it. I’m so excited!!!
    I’ve done a lot of research about them and I want to upgrade the tires. Thinking about Ko2’s. Would love to go 285/75 but wondering how well they would do on ice/snow (being so wide).
    Should I go with 265/75 instead?

    I live Ontario Canada and winter can be quite brutal when it comes to snow and ice.
    Just wondering how the 285’s Would perform...

    I have 275/70/R17 KO2’s. Live in Wisconsin and think they’re trash on ice. Snows not bad, but on ice they’re garbage.

    Great on everything else.
