35's and "no cutting or trimming" are pretty much mutually exclusive terms that is if the truck is used for even mild off roading. The only case in which you might not have to trim with 35's would be with a drop bracket lift in which case the truck is not likely to see the trails due to drop bracket lifts not being as practical for off road use.

Ok so then if thats the case i take down the tire size a bit then what is a pretty normal tire size on a 3" lift for these then? Or is it pretty damn common for some trimming and cutting to be happening, that just sounds so harsh to my brand new truck :/ (forgive me for saying that)

With a 3" lift, most people can get away with 285/75/16 or 285/70/17 (basically 33s) with some fender trimming and a cab mount chop. This requires aftermarket wheels with 4.5" backspacing or spacers on your stock wheels to push the wheel out further to avoid rubbing on the upper control arm.

I agree it does sound harsh but trimming can be hardly noticeable if done cleanly. The cab mount chop is not noticeable just looking at the truck because it is tucked in the wheel well.
