Hello everyone I purchased my first ever brand new truck this past august and I am very happy that my wife & I decided to buy a new 2012 Tacoma. We originally went to the dealership to look at an FJ & when the salesman went to go use the bathroom, we wandered around and came face to face with a black T/X Baja DCSB. I'm not sure how it happened, but we both fell in love with the truck and we started the paperwork that day.

Within the next month, tons of overtime, and countless hours of reading Tacomaworld, I puchased and installed an ARB front sahara bumper, Baja Designs 6" Prerunner lights, Warn M8000 winch, Bedrug, Backflip G2 Ventvisor deflectors for the windows and the hood.

Today everyone I see is overly impressed with my truck and I would say that 90%+ of everything I installed & want to install, comes from reading this forum.

I will try to post a few current pictures of our truck once the rain clears up and the sun come out.

I have already decided that my next parts that are going to be installed are going to be a rear bumper (to replace the ugly chrome one from the factory) and a set of sliders from Relentless. I have been looking at alot of his work & I think its amazing. After I order the Bumer and bolt on sliders, I want to start talking to him to see if he will be willing to design and build a bed mounted roof rack/light bar that only covers the back half of my doublecab. Since I already have a Bakflip cover, I want to see if he can fabricate something that mounts to the top of the bed rails. I would primarily be using it for lights and other lightweight items for when I go out camping. I love the functionallity of the Backflip and I would love to retain 80% of its functionality but if need the full bed, I can simply remove the cover with two screws.
