New to TW... Original 03 owner

    Hello TW members,

    Purchased my Black Sand Pearl 03 Tacoma Ext. Cab 4x4 TRD manual trans. in Feb. of 03 and have been enjoying it ever since. It's taking me/fam/friends a lot of cool places. Most recently to the ski areas driving through deep snow!

    The truck currently has 119,900 miles (travel for work) and I've been working on the truck doing routine maint. (new brakes, brake fluid flush, power steering fluid flush, replaced climate control lights, oil, diff fluid, mt fluid, etc). I've found some great tips on this forum and wanted to say thanks.

    Now I'm looking to freshen the original suspension as it's getting tired. The last straw for the rear leaf springs was this summer after hauling 1000sft of tile to the house. Now the rear end is a little sketchy over the bumps.

    Here's a pic of the truck today. I'll try and post a pic from 03 when I find one.

    irayfz6 I like your truck. The Matte black decals are great!
    BINK05TRD I've done my best to take care of it. I remember polishing and waxing the truck when it was new....damn it was good looking. The high elevation sun has beatin' up the paint now. However, I'm now less worried about scratches:)
