I've been wanting to build a HTPC for a while now, and now that prices have come down on purpose-built boards I decided to bite.

I wanted to keep it low-wattage and still have enough power for 1080p h.264 and flash. No issues with even super high bitrate blu ray rips. XBMC is awesome too...the youtube plugin is great for ripping 1080p music vids and making playlists with them.

I also snapped some decent pics finally of my setup.

The receiver and blu-ray player are in a closet on the other side of the wall behind the TV...the computer will join them in there as well shortly.
