Just replaced my original firestones that came on the truck as snow flies here tomorrow. I'm impressed at how quiet they are, headed on the hi-way sat so I'll see how they fair with the snow & fuel economytire.jpg tire3.jpg tire2.jpg

Woah, a drop of 3-5 mpg's with the KDMax tune?! That's wild. Mostly highway or city driving?

Well, ordered this week but there is zero inventory at the moment. Supposed to be a fresh shipment coming in today to the Toyo warehouse in Richmond BC. First choice is five 265/70 R17's or four stock 265/65 R17's. Wait is apparently 1-3 weeks if they even arrive.

75% highway I'd say. I would say I drive a bit more aggressive with KDMAX than stock tune.
But 20-22mpg is still decent, stock tune I was reaching 24-26mpg

pretty happy with the results today, tires are very good on icy pavement, made me feel very confident it could really hold the road. Fuel economy didn't seem to suffer much from my oem summer tires & no real noise difference imo. Real happy I purchased them!att.jpg

Good to hear. I plan on doing a lot of winter driving in these, and looking forward to being able to air down effectively

went 30 psi, but will play around to see if there are better numbers going a touch higher or lower (32-29psi)

I plan on doing the same thing. Will wait until the spring now. My winter tires will go on soon. You go with the P rated OEM size?

I ordered my set in 275/70R18 from Tires Easy and got them in a week. I'd check them for stock.

Headed out hunting again this weekend with much warmer conditions, got 10.1 l/100km on the hwy so now I'm REALLY happy I got these. If I didn't have the summer tires I'd run these all year long21.jpg

Such a huge improvement in looks and functionality from the stock tires they come with. Waiting patently for my order to arrive.

These are c load right? Seems like a great tire. And a little more proportionate than the 285/70/17.
Id be going up from a 255/85/16 i found this comparison on here. Its quite a bit bigger. Any issues with fitment ?
