Need more info and pictures on this thread. These are a contender for my suspension setup. Hoping to hear more about quality and set ups. Thanks guys.

The 2.0 Aluma Series coilovers are very nice quality and actually manufactured by Elka. I went with SPC UCA's and for the rear did OME Dakar leafs and the 2.0 shocks which are also rebuildable. Ended up with 3 inches of lift (my truck is a 4 banger with no extra weight). Rims are 16x8 -10 offset with 265/75/16 tires.

I've only driven a few hundred miles on them so far, none of that being offroad, but the truck rides much better compared to the tired old stock suspension....that's my two cents.

Thanks guys for all the info and pictures. Please keep the info and pics coming. I have a 2011 and am considering these bad boys. Quick question. Can these be adjusted on the truck?

They can, but it is a pain in the ass. I would highly recommend putting them in a spring compressor to adjust them.

Do you mean a pain because of access to the collar or because of the preload on the spring?

Truck on Jack stands with suspension at full droop. Collar lock nut loosened one turn from tight to adjust and I broke their provided tool. I used a long steel punch and bent that too. I also was using a breaker bar. They don’t recommend doing it on the truck and I agree. It also puts a lot of stress on the top bushing. I added one turn and called it a day.4A10EB88-22BF-4BFB-9172-4A0A3548E745.jpg

Thanks guys, great info here. I have these on the way and I'm excited for em but I'm wondering what size wheels and tires you guys are running, or recommend running with this lift on the third gen. I was planning to go with 285/70/17 Wildpeaks At3s but I haven't been able to get the 17 inch wheels in. I want to be able to avoid rub offroad and I don't want to trim. Is 285/70/17 too big? Would 265/75/16 look too small?

Do any of you guys that have these live in a snowy area? If so, I'd like to know how these have held up to the elements as they are aluminum. They're my #1 contender right now, and I'm looking at getting the 2.0s. Also, I noticed most of you guys are running SPC ucas with them, but is anybody running the stock ucas?
