Anyone know what's the biggest size wheel and tire a can put on my Taco with a 3.5" lift

Lift doesn’t dictate tire size.

without any cutting and trimming 265/70r16 or 265/70r17.

with minor trimming, adjusting castor, and maybe a cab mount chop if needed 285/75r16 or 285/70r17.

A lot of cutting, trimming, hammering, cmc or relocation of the cab mount 315/75r16 or 35/12.5r17

My tire size journey has been

265/70r16
265/75r16
285/75r16
315/75r16

probably going 37” next.
