New TRD sticker....YES

I just ordered the white tails from Sock.

Man that decal look very nice and professional - that's a great, clean detail and a great design.... NNIIIICCEEE!!

 

Did you just eye it to get I on even/level or measure?

 

Well matter of fact I used a craftsman lazer level, on a camera bi-pod. Lining it up with the top of the letters, but of course that was probably over-kill.
Sock's instructions were SUPER, especially the water/soap idea, I was able to move it all over the place until the placement was where I wanted it.
I did the measuring off the old one's, but really no need to. I put them at the location "I" wanted, not were Toyota put them.

 

got my TRD All terrain mountain's today but its raining so i cant put them on

 

Did you move it up or down? How much? after looking at it for a few days do you think you should have located it any differently?

Can't wait to see those too!

 

I am pretty happy with the placement, and I think it is close to the others.
When I do get the others, and the timing is right to change I may look at it a different way.
Besides the other half gave it a thumbs up.

Looks great on the white. That looks awesome. Almost went with the camo whitetail but it prob wouldn't look good on the red.

 

As soon as I can afford a "sticker," I'll be giving sockmonkey some additional business. Money is tight. $ menu at Mc D's is it for me right now instead of quizno's. Oh yeah, like the sticker too! Cant wait for mine.

Both in Red or Silver... they look awesome, I just ordered mine for a silver strike mica.

maybe we can get some people thinking that Toyota has a new truck out...HA, my luck someone will try to steal the sticker.

 

Whoa MacGyver, I wan't expecting that but Kudos! I messed mine up the first time since my truck has a rake to it, the decals came out level with the ground, not the truck. I want it level with the truck (bottom edge of rail cover) so if I level the truck they won't be all crooked.

 

know what you mean. I first checked to see how the truck was sitting before I started. Grap.....my mom purchased it for me roughly 5 years and this was only the second time I used it.
