    Hi All!

I just purchased a 16' TRD4x4 last week. I Love it! Bad @ss and can't wait to learn from all the experts here in making the changes I want to make. So far off the top of my head are the following changes I want to make - starting small of course :)

    • Replace fog lamps (do they have "bulbs" I can pull, or do I have to buy a whole new "light" - I want it to match the DTL - parking lights - any suggestions?)
    • Wheels and tires (stock 265/65/17) - what is the biggest I can go with no rub keeping it stock?
    • Customize Black Grill (I want the truck to be all white and black accessories everywhere - replacing stock with custom etc.)
    • TACOMA black letter kit for the tailgate
    • running / side boards (any suggestions there would be cool)
Interior: Rubber weather mats (Best ones folks have found for the 16's?)

I'm sure there is more - I'm considering a basic lift from Toytec and their thread as well.

My problem is - I'm the least handiest person you can find -- I'm going to have to tutorial crap out of all this stuff and hopefully gain the skills to do these mods by myself. :)

Thanks for reading -- I'm a sponge so any help and direction - don't be shy! :) Thanks so much!

    Scott

I replaced mine with rsi leds. There was a group buy on here. I bought the highs, lows, and fogs.

Here's a pic of the comparison between stock and the LED fogsimage.jpg

    I'm running 265x70x17 bfg ko2s
Here's a pic of my truck with the ko2s

As far as a grille you'll have to look around. Lots of options out there but they're all pricey

I have the stock all weather mats which are good. An option are the husky all weather mats

There are several threads on here for tailgate lettering. I've found good deals for them on eBay

As far as running boards predator step tubes look nice. If you're looking to do any serious off-roading though look into getting slidersimage.jpg

    Thanks, Launch,

I appreciate the pics.Looks awesome! It's hard for me to tell in the pics are they all matching except for the outline of the day time driving lite thing around around the headlight? Ya know how it has that purpleish tint on the leds? I would love to match that outside LED around headlight with the fog lights ..or have all three match color wise...haven't researched on how to tell colors yet. Or is it possible to even match? I have the mud guards on order...are those aftermarkets or OEM mud guards you have on there? I've seen different likes and dislikes to both. I agree with you on the grilles a ton I've seen already!
