So, my new truck hits lot today, take delivery tomorrow. 2023 F150 Lariat Powerboost Crew 7.2kw standard bed (6,5) Sport appearance package. Would of went Tundra, if Toyota offered large generator. Needed for offgrid work projects. 2nd time moving away from Toyota, may be back

I’m kidding. Ford makes a nice and capable truck. Hope you enjoy it.

I hear you. I would have traded for a 4th Gen if they kept the Access Cab. Enjoy your new truck but get the parking brake checked.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
Nice truck man! Congrats. For some reason tundra just doesn't seem like a work truck to me... it seems like tacos big brother... ready to pull a lifted trailer through mud.

Good luck with the Ford. Have to get rid of my truck for reasons outside my control but I'm already planning my next purchase.

it's the Ford's 10 speed and the way it's controlled that gets me. I have both trucks, and if you think the Tacoma is bad, try the Ford. The 3.5 TT is great with peak power and MPG's though. If it were mine, I would dump the Ford, I don't think the transmission/driveline is going make it much past 100k miles without major failure.
