That sounds great, except it would be like saying that your wood heating furnace is going to leave less ashes at the pit because you made it to use the heat more efficiently by putting a glass, insulation and directing more of the heat towards you.

You still have to clean the ashes, so no.

If you want less cleaning inside the furnace you’d need a different type of combustion fuel other than wood such as gas, or electric.
For autos it might be hydrogen, 100% battery or solar and then maybe no more oil changes.

So, what’s the viscosity breakdown after 5000 miles? Curious minds need to know.

Must be why he needs to change the oil every 5k miles. The ashes left in the combustion chamber work their way into the crankcase, then settle in the oil pan.

The days of carbureted engines left excess fuel because of the delivery system. With injectors and all of the sensors reading various conditions, fuel delivery can be strictly controlled, therefore introducing only enough fuel to provide the desired results.
Let me put it to you this way. You are building a fire and you know you will be going to bed in 3 hours. Its just you in the house and your bedroom has its own heater. You do not need a stack of wood in the rack, you just put a couple pieces to get through the next three hours. That wood burns out and you have a minimum amount of ashes. You do this for a week and you will have fewer ashes vs if you loaded the fireplace up everyday for the week.

All wrong. ^^^^ Bunch of hogwash, no offence (brother). A correctly timed engine, burning cleaner air, with a precise fuel air mixture, an engineered flame front, and a reliable spark, will burn cleaner with less byproducts and residue. Just ask anyone with a 1985 rabbit.

anyways......keep grasping man. It’s like a comedy routine.

0w-16 oil is already in some vehicles and 0w-8 is being finalized. Damn tree huggers. Soon enough they will tell us we don't need motor oil at all, spit on it!!!
