New TVS1320 MAGNUSON 3.4 supercharger available 30 percent larger rotors!

Because my boost is like 1.5 pounds at 6k feet haha I’m going to get the smaller pulley made and maybe the supercharger will make some noise. This thing is SOOO efficient is really amazing.
At 1.5 pounds of boost at 6k feet it feels like 4 pounds power on the old supercharger

Will this one have more power everywhere or just more power earlier in the power band?

ooo just looked at website for the 4.0 engine super charger. These things over 7k now. wow. When I bought mine for 994runner when they first came out I think it was closer to 3k.

 

The new supercharger has alot more potential for alot more power, it's in the early stages still to know exactly how much and yes probably will come on much sooner.
Once a 70mm pulley is made then we can find out what power it puts down. Going to try and get one made in a few weeks.
Magnuson is going to release the price in a few days. It's not going to be anywhere near 7k, FYI .

It says that it utilizes the factory tune. Is there more information on that?

Can you get away with running Regular Octane with this new supercharger or do you still have to use the Premium?
I'm currently reading the 219 page titled "3.4L supercharger".

FWIW, I am running the 2nd gen (black) supercharger along with the Haltecjh ECU. I am actually getting better MPGs than I used to without the SC. Typical highway MPGs are 17-18 when I am on an adventure, so fully loaded and heavy. 16 around town. This is happening while enjoying the awesome sounds and power the combo provides.

I guess what I am saying is, the supercharger by itself only tells a small part of the MPG picture.

 

I bought a new 1999 4runner and installed a super charger on it like with in the first month or two. Seems like it was a good 1 to 2 mpg less which is lot on a 20 mph truck. ha-ha so a good 5 to 10% less.

Maybe this latest one is better.

 

Working on the tune and will have some nice results in 5 days or so and getting some smaller pulleys with a dyno.
Gabe put in a ton of timing today, this new supercharger is going to be much more powerful I’m thinking and pushing half the boost or so of the old supercharger
