3in lift with ICON shocks. Warn Winch. Many more mods to come.
I’m running into quite the dilemma. I’m currently running the icon tubulars and they have just worn down. I desperately need new UCA as mine visibly have play in them but most UCAs from ICON run $700 +. I already have new arm bushings and was planning on installing those until I realized that I need new UCAs. Is there a more affordable option to replacing those like maybe using another brand? I wonder if you can mix and match stuff like that. I really like icons stuff but damn is it expensive. I wish I was the one who installed them so I might have a better idea on how long they last and ICONs warranty process. F2F26A45-2B3B-4645-89F8-7065511DBE2B.jpgimage.jpg

There is a set of Used Total Chaos UCA’s in the 2nd Gen Buy/Sell right now for $500, you should check it out.

When you say you “need” UCAs and that your current set has “worn down”, what do you mean? Those UCAs are meant to be rebuildable so with the exception of the steel being bent or having a cracked weld, your cheapest option would be to go that route. You already have the bushings and new uniballs would cost around $60. Since you said you didn’t install them, I’ll go ahead and say you’ll probably have to pay someone to put the new uniballs in for you so there’s the added labor cost but you’d still be way under the cost of buying a new set.
