    Vehicle:
2007 Taco, four cylinder standard bed
extra wide wheels and tires, metal camper shell
And I bought it used. A 1997 Taco standard bed four cylinder with manual transmission.

After a huge rainstorm two days ago, my 1997 Taco will not start. I tried jumping the battery with my jumper battery and it started. Then I moved the Taco to the street, shut it off and tried to restart it. No relay fire, no turnover. So I attached the starter battery again and tried, and nothing happened. Then I jumped the battery from another car, and still nothing.

I had the battery tested and it is fine.It has a full charge. This morning I went out in the dark and when I opened the door the dome light was very dim. The radio would not work and the headlights would not come on.

Is it the starter relay that is causing the problem?
