picture of the doors open is on the site already. Literally the main picture when you visit.

This is awesome! I was hoping for a grey color or darker as I will be going black. Man OD green is intriguing too. Ahh I was hoping we could get some blue anodized similar to roaming lost. Curious to see how that changes.

he also told me they have ideas for options coming out. Awnings, different interior components but mainly making it modular for us to setup how we want it.

They designed the tent for no fan but he said just about every other person asks them about it so they consider it. I told him it would be great to vent the tent/shell.

The add on for animals is great. I did not think about it but my buddy who wanted to get it on it. there was a concern about that.

A bit one I would like to see is a slider window/removable in the front. Pretty much standard on all campers and has been for years. They noted they have not found one they feel is right for the shell and wont leak. The other hells have them my current Leer has it and never had any issues. Right now the window is fixed. Would also be great for your Dogs if you want them to be able to access the cab via the shell. water/food etc.

They noted a 270 awning may be in the works. (as long as its not a brittle rhino rack) would be nice to have one thats sturdy but not heavy. the high end ones are really heavy and the lower end ones break half the time.

Exactly what I am thinking. Black on Black with Grey for sure but that OD Green would be killer. ( I likely would not change it either but i bet that will be slick.)

Does anyone have a screenshot or price of the pre launch price? Looks like thru also bumped up the standard price. I think it was $6750 but I can’t find a reference anymore.

I believe $6750 was the price for the first 20 or whatever it was

My estimate says $6,705. Guessing they honored that price for anyone who placed a deposit before 9/8? My estimate is #'d several after 20.

$8k is higher than the original advertised non-promotion price by at least $300, I believe. I don't blame them for raising it though. They'll still sell plenty at that price if lead times stay relatively short and they've added the cab-side window as standard now (likely for mfr-ing efficiency reasons).

oh im not mad about it. It makes sense. they moved into a new office, added some new stuff. I was just curious if I remember the pre-launch pricing. they def went over 20. When I chatted with Spencer they thought they would only sell 20 the first few month but have already sold around 40.

the lead times were a big factor me which made me jump on it. Plus really digging their version of a wedge setup. I wish the cab side window slide open at least. removable would be event better. I have that in my shell now and its clutch at times.

But thanks thats what I recalled but good to note it for any of us. I cant recall if I got an estimate or not but I think it was 6750 or 6500 plus rear window door. Either way it was under $7k.

This is going to be a long 2 months for me. Likely I am 39 or 40. :angrygirl::angrygirl::angrygirl::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:

I paid mine i am 48, as long as i get it before next spring I'm stoked. Reason i jumped on was lead time as well and like that it comes with side doors.

i was late cause i just got married last fri so everything was delayed in getting my email deposit. I know she is a keeper cause she said yes to this before the I Do! :D:thumbsup::bananadance:

Im really tempted to do black, OD green and gray fabric.

I was giving Rob a hard time. Mine says 041, his is 038. We have an estimated delivery date of 11/05/20.
Hell yeah man congrats!! Very cool you got married. Unsure thatll ever happen for me. Nice job and nice to hear she said yes lol!

That combo sounds badass. I feel that with my silver first gen, anything other than black wont really fit. Will look too modern and would be nicer on a newer gen.

    PS:
I wanna stress test this thing in some nasty PNW rain or CA rain season.
I do a lot of my camping during that time where the places are deserted and calm.

I also talked to Spencer and he really sounded like he knew what he was doing. His background in aerospace/ manufacturing with his partner doing the fabric sold me. I really need them to figure out the cab window like everyone is mentioning. That is the only real issue with their design.

I’m not too sure if i need a vent. Since the tent can let air in, it doesn’t make sense for me to have a fan that may eventually get knocked off. It always takes away from the usable flat top roof for those Home Depot runs. .

I put in my deposit also on the 8th.

If you have a rack for the top that becomes a mute point but good points. The other I saw think of it as a sun/moon roof. Check out the stars from the top of your tent. That would be neat. for me the fan was more about if there is a hot day breeze or not man its nice to have something that can pull or push air but all no the biggest of deals.

the biggest than was front front window as you pointed out.
