I think @mac_2_nite said they were moving to a stamped logo and using the stickers until those hit inventory?

I'd agree that if it's just a supply issue right now that I'd like the plate eventually. The decal may not last forever and those plates appear to be aluminum(?), so would likely look better in the long run.

They didn't have the covers for the fuselage corners. I was told that I should be getting at least a couple mailed to me.

30 minutes?! That’s fast! Is your 3rd brake light white? Haven’t the others been red?

good catch. Pretty sure the other ones were red. I wonder why they switched. not sure I like white with red LED here. Easily swappable i guess.

Yeah, it was quick! It has a clear housing, I think others have been red.

No idea on the switch, maybe they ran out of red or thought the clear went better with the grey? Would be an easy swap to a different one though. Personally I like the clear better.

It's just the housing... the LEDs themselves are RED no matter if the housing is clear or red. I like the clear better myself.
    I would guess it's a supply issue.

EDIT: I have a red one on my DIY 4th brake light attached to my bike rack since the bike wheels block the tail lights. It has 4 wires that I attached a 4-pin trailer plug to and it flashes right/left as well as working as a running light and active braking.

Could be because the Ford Ranger, maybe they don’t have a truck to test fit yet and are trying to avoid more issues like they have had with the gen 2 Tacoma’s.

    Hey, that's my truck!

Congrats, that looks great. I'll have to reconsider color choice. Was thinking black to be safe, or possibly silver. Though I'd like to see some better pics of silver. Some earlier pics on SP's instagram showed silver on an MGM truck but weren't good enough shots to tell if I'd like it. Anyone seen a silver X1 out there?

Hopefully that's what it is. Looks like I put down my deposit around the same date as Beboman. Having to wait til spring would be a huge bummer. I'm still hoping for sometime in January or early Feb, though I haven't been contacted for the 50% down yet. I've been trying not to pester with questions but wondering if I should reach out to Cindy regarding ball park on timing. Timing will certainly impact a lot of plans in the new year.

She said all the Gen 2 Tacoma owners were really problematic.

Nah... justrussel had it correct.... Supercab Ranger will be the 1st. Yeah I liked her response "Spring"
I'm ok with that, I just don't want to hear "Summer"

Any way I could be a PIA and ask you if you could measure the height from the top of the bedrail to the top of the tent as in this photo? I want to check with as many sources as I can that this will fit into my garage before I get myself into a bad spot after install. Thank you in advance.

And others want the measurement to the bottom of the frame at the overhang, so if you can, please include both measurements!

@mac_2_nite, if you could measure as well, I would be very, very grateful. I REALLY don't want to drive all that way to find out it won't fit by half an inch.

Yea, I was told a more stamped version similar to license plates. The photos we saw were printed on flat aluminum. No timeframe though.
I wired them all, I like the running light feature on top. Mine is red as well, I would’ve been bummed with a clear housing.
    Ya, that.
    Ya sure, I’ll measure tonight
