Ordered on Monday morning. Two rows, told I would get both center console cover and care kit.

I am glad that this is happening but I too have some concerns. Communication was tough. Felt very rushed. No mention of what the console cover will be. No "talk back verification" of the order. Just "total is ........ how will you pay?

I would like to see them compile a list of the order, by screen name so we can post it to confirm orders. That or we can forward email with screen name and they can send an order confirmation with shipping address and so forth.

Has anybody that has already ordered their covers recieved an order confirmation email from wet okole. The guy on the phone said that I would get one, but I have yet to recieve it. Just checking to see if I'm the only one.

 

They never even asked for my e-mail address.
Like mentioned above they said your order is this amount how will you be paying? It was a very rushed process and the lady on the phone was very moody.
I'd love to get an e-mail conformation just to make sure everything from my shipping address, truck style, covers, etc is correct. The communication was aweful.

Huh, the guy on the phone asked me for mine. I had the same problem with the lack of communication. Which, like you said, is exactly why I want the confirmation email. Who knows maybe the guy just wants to send me a bunch of spam.

 

I was talking to the lady. maybe she don't ask for our e-mail address? Anyone else not get asked? Hopefully it wasn't just me

 

Ordered.

Full Piping - 100 Taupe with 17 Tan piping. Seat Warmers on both. No pockets or logos.

Spoke to David (ext 12). No problems at all with understanding or anything that others have mentioned. He actually repeated back my order and all that good stuff. Asked for email for shipping confirmation (wasn't given the option for order confirmation-but confident my sales person got it right).

Yeah I had a very similar experience. I believe the email was for a shipping confirmation meaning once they've shipped they let you know. I was def. concerned after I had got off the phone that they had got my order correct.

The lady I spoke Naomi I think her name was, wasn't very polite and kept arguing with my over my bench having airbags in the seats. She kept telling me "All 09's have included the airbags into the seats I just looked it up earlier" Mmmm, mine doesn't have them...?

I had a guy that was very polite, I'm just slightly concerned that there could of been a misunderstanding with my shipping address, because I had to repeat myself several times.

 

Same here. He asked my email address who knows if he got that right if he couldnt get my shipping address right. He said there would be an email. Havent got one yet. He seemed very rushed.
