New Wet Okole Group Buy!!!

Ordered today. Front and Rear with Black and Charcoal w/ Black Headrests.

My order experience was fine. I talked to a guy. Don't know his name. I wasn't rushed. At first I was concerned since I was buying these for a Scion xA. After going to ask someone if it is OK, the guy came back and said it was fine. The communication was fine. They did not ask for an e-mail address. The only thing I had wished was different was to read back my order to make sure it was right. Since he didn't, I reconfirmed my order with him myself. I just repeated what I was ordering to make sure he got it.

I agree a confirmation e-mail would be great, but I was overall satisfied. I also got two care care kits (one for each row) since they don't make a center console cover for the Scion xA.

Thanks to jdkeller for setting this up and making it happen. I was going to order these seat covers anyway, and this saved me a decent amount of money. Then again, I was originally only going to order only the fronts. I decided to go ahead and order front and back. Maybe this actually cost me extra money!!!

Damn, my guy repeated everything back to me (order, colors, specs on the truck, mentioned that I would get both things for ordering two rows, and my address, email, and name). I have no concern about my order. (watch, now it will come wrong)

I'm kind of tempted to call back and make sure my order was entered correctly. My phone kept cutting out so I had to repeat alot of things. I would feel bad if my seats (with designs on them) showed up and weren't the right ones since it's probably a good amount of time and work that go into these.

Just ordered, got the black/charcoal grey, w/ black headrests, no piping, black TRD logo and map pockets. Thanks a lot JD for doing this, I have been waiting for another WO Group Buy to get these!!! Thanks again, man!!

 

I emailed them yesterday with all my details. Got a confirmation today saying all the info is correct. Now if my order is messed up, or sent to the wrong address I got a record for proof. I'd advise you guys to send an email as well. It's nice to have a copy for proof.

I feel much better now. They were very quick to reply. I would have called but I wanted the email just for the record.

 

Email I recieved from WO:
"Our sales reps have all been well trained. I've talked to them all this
morning about verifying address with Tacomaworld.com members. They can call
back if they like to verify, but do not think it is 100% necessary. If some
individuals feel concerned, they can feel free to call. But unfortunately
when 1 person posts a concern, then everyone gets worried. All of my sales
reps have been involved with several group buys to date and all have come
off without a hitch. When the seat covers ship, an email will be sent with a tracking number."

 

They never took my e-mail address so that concerned me.

But I'm satisified with that response and my response I received after I e-mailed them. They were very quick to write me back. That impressed me because I know they are super busy.

When i ordered mine the guy said i was only able to get charcoal headrest not black. I emailed them and yet to receive a reply, JD do you think i should call them?

 

Call 'em! if they can do some of them but not yours then something is wrong.

 

I'd probably call as well if it was offered to other people. I'm sure they'll e-mail you back. They were rather quick getting back to me. Only about one day

 

Yeah the guy seemed very frustrated and in a hurry to get off the phone, kind of disapointed not to get an email response either. However they're probably very busy, i'm going to try calling them tomorrow. Hopefully i can get someone different and they can still make adjustments to my order.
