New wheel options on 2022 SR5

    Tried like crazy to find out why 2022 Tacomas built in the Southeast had an option for Black Alloy wheels and what they looked like. Turns out they are the same wheels shown on this forum but not for 2022. Option AA looks like this...

    I think they started making those for the 2017 SR / SR5 models. I think they only came in gray at the time.

    Mine came black in my 2022 sr5.

    i have no add ons except the tech package for the color key bumper match.

    i think grey would be good all around for any color taco, but you can’t go wrong with black either

    16-inch Black Alloy wheels are installed at the factory...When I went to the build site for Toyota they asked for zip code...Southeast Toyota distributor district had Technology package with options and the black wheels were the option...just for giggles I went to zip code for Buffalo NY and that option was not available on any color with tech package.
