In all that discussion about TPMS trouble during my tire and wheel install yesterday I neglected to post pics of the new wheels. OEM 4Runner TRDs in glossy gray on my Timberland Mica Sport. Fitted with Michelin Defender LTX M&S, the successor to the previous version LTX M&S which I ran for 70,000 miles (and still had a few thou left if I wanted to push them). Great tires for my 95% daily driver road use. These wheels match the gloss gray Sport Trim like the grill. definitely a different look from the old bright silver wheels whose paint was badly peeling. Most of you know these wheels are 0mm offset so push out by 30mm from stock. Looks better, IMO. I am not a fan of those overly pushed out offroad setups but this is subtle and looks like it should have come from the factory this way.

These things seem to be on sale in the various colors and finishes. I saw them as low as $160 from some Toyota dealers... my local dealer had them for $200 for the online purchase via the official Toyota parts portal... and they were in stock for same day pickup. They must have an excess inventory that they are trying to clear, so get 'em while you can.

Thanks, man. A bit of an ordeal getting them installed due to TPMS issues but it came out well. Now what to do with the old set of peeling wheels with tires that is in my basement...

Nice, leaning towards the gloss ones myself but haven't made my mind up. Love the green also!

Awesome looking wheels and an excellent choice on the tires. Been running the same tires on all my rigs for the last 20 years or so and have always gotten high mileage out of them.
