Newb Question about OEM bumper colors on 2007 Tacoma

I'm in the market for a new truck coming from a full size and am in search of a 1st or 2nd gen tacoma. I found one that I like and it seems to be a good deal but I have a question about the bumper. It's a red 2007 SR5 4wd and the fender flares are red but the front bumper is black and back bumper chrome. Did 2007's come with black bumpers or would this had to have been added after? I just want to make sure that an accident or something isn't being hidden with a new bumper. I did a google image search and didn't really see tacomas with painted fender flares and black bumpers. The ones I saw with black bumpers also had black fender flares.

The way I read it, the SR5 should have a color matched Front Bumper?
