2004 Tacoma Double Cab, 243,000 miles and getting a new frame. I'm gonna replace the shocks (looking for advice) and the rusted rear bumber. Looking for other ideas on what to replace while the frame is off.. Budget is around $1000.00.. Last year I did timing belt, water pump, plugs and wires, brakes.. My rear differential is leaking also... Any advice is welcome.. I'd like to get another 100,000 miles out of it! :)

    Pretty much stock right now
I had them take care of a few engine leaks while they had the engine out. Rear main seal etc. I had already done my suspension over, so they reinstalled my parts on the new frame. If you need an exhaust system, it might be a good time, although they are not that hard to do. Tie rod ends might also be good since they will have to aline it anyway. Anything like that that it may need would be a good idea if within your budget.

And it did ride like new. There will be quite a few new parts included in the replacement.
