Newbi is going to buy his first Taco in the next month

Selling my '03 CRV with 175K miles on it and buying a used '07 to '10 Tacoma in the next 4 weeks. I live on the southern left coast and have been looking for low miles vehicle, 4X4, double cab, mostly stock, in good condition. I am a fly fisherman and put lots-o miles on my vehicles.

All $ are set aside and I am way excited about the purchase. There is a '08 TRD Sport 4X with 52K miles on CL but I can't seem to get the owner to respond to email...probably sold.

Appreciate any words of wisdom or encouragement and plan on visiting the forum often in the coming months.

Be sure to understand the difference between the TRD Sport and TRD Off Road before buying. Sport is cosmetic (hood scoop, painted bumper/grill). Off road has the rear locker, 09+ has ATRAC off road traction control system to simulate front and rear lockers, hill decent control, hill start assist.
