Not only am I am newbie to this forum, but also a newbie to the Turdyota. Been a GM guy all my life and decided I needed go over to the dark side. Left a 2010 Colorado V8 in the wake for a 2013 Limited. And I know you gonna say anybody spending that much on a toy should know what they getting. Can't compare the V8 5.3 to the V6 so won't go there. But the little things that pop up to make me scratch my head. I knew couldn't get power seats(bummer), I knew I couldn't flat tow it(bummer). But didn't realize(until I drove it at night) that the window switches and door locks are unlit. And the garage door opener, unlit. Really tough at night, feeling around for buttons. Plugged my phone charger in, does great, as long as engine is running. Turn off key, no charging. And I knew this going in, the chessy backup camera in the mirror. Gosh it has a nice LCD screen on the dash, why not backup there? And no bed light? And with 1,500 miles on it, thinkin the mileage about the same as my old V8.
But all is not negative. Love the ride, sound system, room, quietness, stance. I'll hang with it a while and surely it will grow on me and maybe GM will in the far past for me.
