    Hello everyone,
I have followed TW for quite a while and finally pulled the trigger and decided to join!
First and foremost, I wanted to thank this community. I literally researched this site for months trying to figure out how I wanted to level my Taco. The info and posts from all of you were awesome and it helped me to figure out what I wanted to do with my Taco. So THANK YOU!!!
Well, I got it leveled a month or so ago and I couldn't be any happier, and I have TW to thank for this.
My nickname is El Mayor, I purchased my first Taco approximately 8-10 months ago.
    A 2021 White DCSB TRD 4x4.
I spend 95-98% of my time on asphalt. We fish a lot in the Sierras (California) and go shooting, and even then it is usually asphalt or well maintained fire/gravel road. We snowboard quite a bit so 4WD is a must. I love to off-road lightly but I do not do overlanding or rock crawling, just mellow 4WD trails maybe 2-3 times a year when we are in the Sierras.
With that said, I went with Bilstein 5100's, set on the 3rd setting, a 1/4" shim on driver side for taco lean (which mine had), 265/75r16 Cooper AT3's LT Load Range C, and Spidertrax wheel spacers. It rides like butter! I can fit a full size spare in the stock location under the bed too.
It sits so darn level from driver side to passenger side, from front to back. I personally love the stock wheels but the offset needed to be addressed. Love the Spidertrax product and the look and feel it gave the truck.
    Appreciate you all, El Mayor
BTW, my tailgate was stolen a few days ago and yes it was locked. Bummed me out big time. I noticed a member on here who sells an anti-theft device for tailgates so might give that a go. Thank you again everybody!upload_2023-5-14_17-48-35.jpg upload_2023-5-14_17-48-35.jpg upload_2023-5-14_17-48-35.jpg

Congrats on your rig. I like white, but none were available when I bought one off the lot 2 years ago. The device won't prevent loss of the tailgate, but makes it tougher. I've had one on both of my Tacomas. Recommend cat conv protection (a la skidplates) for your other anti-theft device. Everyone likes their Cooper AT3s, as I do. Good choice.

    Thanks ixnay!
Yes I have a sinking feeling even with an anti-theft device its gonna happen again. I literally have been thinking about a 4Runner because it ticked me off so much. I park on the street and give my wife the driveway, so I feel like its going to be a matter of time once I get my new tailgate on. So true about the cat conv skids, that was on my list then this happened.
I love the Coopers! This is my third set on 3 different trucks.
