    >>3. Is the factory JBL system decent? I am just looking for good sound...balance sound. I see that it has "mid-tweets" in the front dash...is that like a coaxial?

Not a fan of the JBL system. After using it for a year, I'm doing a phased replacement. I'm adding the AmpPRO , door speakers, and adding another amp to drive the upgraded door speakers and OE JBL sub. That will let me keep the factory head unit (for now) while still getting the benefit of upgraded door speakers. Next year the head unit will get replaced and I can dump the OE headunit, OE sub, OE amp, and AmpPRO.

    1. Don't really like the field of view of my headlights, and I wish they were brighter. An upgrade will happen in the future.

    2. Rear breather mod is a must, and won't take more than 30min. You can source the parts yourself for around $10-15 or buy this kit for ~$30. 3. I like my JBL system, and I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to sound. It's nothing magnificent, but I also didn't expect miracles either. I can crank it and haven't experienced any distorting except at volumes that are maxed out. It'll vibrate my side mirrors so that I can barely see out of them.

    4. I have a cap on the back of my truck, so there's already extra weight keeping her grounded. Have NEVER had an issue with traction on paved roads, even in torrential monsoon downpoors. Honestly, the truck is pretty darn capable in 2WD offroad too. I find A LOT of roads where I don't even need to engage 4H much less 4L. That said, its extremely nice to have 4H and 4L basically at a push of a button. And the locker has worked great on the occasional times I've needed it.

***EDIT: I have a TRD OR, not a PRO. Not sure if a Pro comes with a rear locker or not.

I have not addressed those yet. They are tucked up pretty tight against the floor board and a pain to get to. They are on my list though.
