Newbie question

Oh I am not butt hurt buddy. I just don't like people calling me a scammer. I am new to Tacomas and to Off Roading world. I haven't belonged to a car community for a long time so I guess people try to scam. I am here to meet kook like minded people and make good Off Roading memories and great friends. Now if Tacoma world is not that place let me know and I'll leave. Please do t say that. Lol

 

They were just screwing with u. Nobody really thinks you're a scammer, but u took the bait. I'm a noob too.

 

You'll get used to the environment here after a bit. It's different than any other forum, but once you're in, you're in.

There was recently a thread where a member tried to rip off another member (accepted payment, then ignored all communication and didn't send out the product) and TW rallied. They pooled their skills and were able to track down this kids phone number, address, all his social media, etc. Got him to respond and ship the product within a few hours.

There's also been countless threads where someone is stuck, and complete strangers will go hours out of their way just to recover them.

It's an amazing brotherhood to be a part of, but there's plenty of bad that comes with the good.

 

It's a mixed bag on here, give it a week and you'll see what I mean. There is great input/feedback, posts, and vendors (I've worked with 4 so far and it's been great).

 

We eat our own so grab a fork and dig in.

I am a Jokester too and I love the smart ass comments I just don't like the being called a liar or scammer. That's it. I like the set up, the vendors, the doing stuff together. So I am not going anywhere. Haha
