    Hey everyone,
Just picked up a 18’ TRD SPORT in Magnetic Grey. I’m new to trucks pierod, but not new to the aftermarket scene. Lookin’ forward to start modifying this Taco & making memories with my family.

Are the mods your planning necessary? Your Tacoma is built to exact specs that balance function and long term reliability. Any mods you do will benifit your precise goals but affect another performance aspect of your truck. Example larger heavy tires will be better of road but cause extra bearing, brake and gas mileage issues. They may even cause excess wear on suspension components.

Well so far I’ve only purchased the Havoc Nerf Bars to help the kids get in the truck, but really got them cause they look bad ass. They should be in next week. I’ll post a pic once I install them.

Holy Shit... I thought all mods were necessary!! Guess I’ve wasted about $8K and now I’m thinking about installing a Firestone air bag suspension on the back of my truck another $560 down the drain.
